Exchange and return policy

We have a 10 day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your order to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and manufacturing defects

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can evaluate and correct the problem.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products cannot be returned, such as customized products (such as custom orders in different sizes, tailored to order, or personalized products), and personal care items (such as beauty products). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific product.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the product you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new product.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund has been approved or not. If approved, your refund will automatically be refunded using your original method of payment. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send your refund.
